Dear Colleague,

Once again, Navicure has good news to share, and we again have our loyal clients and partners to thank for it.

We are pleased to announce that Navicure ranked first among our peers as "Best in KLAS" for the clearinghouse services market segment as part of the 2008 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards report, which was released Dec. 15.

This recognition follows Navicure being named the top-ranked ambulatory EDI claims clearinghouse in the KLAS 2008 Ambulatory EDI Claims Clearinghouse pilot study last May. While the initial study provided a short-term "snapshot" of how users evaluate the Navicure solution, the current ranking is based on a full year of client feedback. Similar to findings in the May study, the KLAS year-end report showed that 98% of Navicure clients said they would buy Navicure again. In the year-end report, Navicure received an overall score of 92.5 out of 100, the highest score among all 11 vendors rated.

We are, needless to say, very pleased with the confidence in Navicure's solution that our clients have shown in their feedback to KLAS. We realize that, without your ideas, loyalty, and referrals, Navicure could not have achieved the reputation we have. In that vein, all of us at Navicure extend our sincere appreciation for the role you have played in our shared success - thank you!

Just as we depend on our clients and partners, Navicure could offer neither our advanced technology nor our exceptional service without the contributions of our entire staff. I personally want to thank each member of the Navicure team, at every level and in every department of the organization. Without your talents and dedication, we would not have achieved this recognition.

The "Best in KLAS" recognition is unique in that it gathers user input on a continual basis versus ranking vendors at one point in time, as the KLAS 2008 Specialty Report did. This means that in order to retain our leadership, Navicure must be at the top of our game every day, year in and year out. We'd like, therefore, to use this opportunity to renew our commitment to providing leading solutions and service that help you not merely survive, but thrive, in these challenging economic times. Please let us know how we can continue to improve.

Again, thank you for your business and your support.

Regards,

Jim Denny
