With the simple click of the mouse, our staff can pull up the chart note affiliated with the claim to make appropriate corrections for resubmission or appeal.

Likewise, e-MDs harvests vital information to help customers with internal process or quality improvements. Navicure provides us with practice-level management reports analyzing error patterns. This allows us to identify recurring problems, proactively contact the practice and offer our assistance. For instance, a practice may have hired a new biller who was entering information incorrectly. e-MDs would be able to pinpoint the problem and recommend how the practice could correct the situation.
